Subscription rates and services are contained on the Payments Page and may be changed from time to time. However, once you have subscribed to any of our advertisement Services we will not increase your subscription fees for that particular service for a life of your subscription.
When you subscribe to our Advertisement Service, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card to pay for your initial Advertisement Service subscription and for any automatic renewals. Until you cancel your subscription, we will renew it automatically, and we will charge your credit card each year the same amount at the beginning of each subsequent subscription period.
All sales are final. You may cancel the renewal of your subscription at any time but not less than ten (10) days prior to its renewal date by using the cancellation button on Payments Page or your PayPal account options. Once subscription fees have been charged to your credit card, they are nonrefundable. Only in cases of demonstrated fraud will subscription payments be refunded.
You agree to pay all fees and charges that you incur through your account, including, but not limited to, applicable taxes. In addition, you are also responsible for paying any amounts billed to your credit card by someone who uses your card without your permission, even if your credit card company does not cover such costs.
If we do not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon our demand. Your credit card issuer agreement governs your use of your designated credit card in connection with The Service, and you must refer to that agreement and not these Additional Terms of Use to determine your rights and liabilities as a cardholder.
All Extended Vendor Listings placements are considered sold and non-refundable. You can update your listing information and images at any time by e-mailing at siteadmin@AllBridalShow.com information that needs to be corrected/changed/deleted etc. There is no additional fees for any information updates.
AllBridalShow.com is not responsible for any poor Extended Vendor Listing results after your listing is placed. To ensure good results, make sure you have a good solid product or service and a good Image that reflect your business. No refunds will be issued if your ad results were not achieved.
